We provide design, fabrication, supply, and installation services based on mutually agreed requirements.
All services are subject to:

• Site conditions
• Design approvals
• Material availability
• Technical feasibility

Final deliverables may vary slightly due to on-site adjustments or fabrication constraints, without compromising quality or safety.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are shared after understanding project requirements and site details.
• Prices are subject to change if there is a change in design, material, size, finish, or scope of work.
• Taxes, transportation, and additional work (if any) will be charged separately unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Design & Customization

• All designs provided by Gate Look Craft are custom-made.
• Design visuals, drawings, and concepts are indicative and may vary slightly in the final product.
• Once a design is approved, any changes requested later may result in additional cost and timeline revision.

5. Payments

• Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
• Advance payment is required to initiate fabrication work.
• Balance payment must be cleared as per agreed milestones or before final installation/handover.

6. Project Timeline

• Timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, site readiness, material supply, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Gate Look Craft will always aim to complete projects within the committed time frame.

7. Installation & Site Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing clear site access, electricity, and basic requirements during installation.
• Any delay caused due to site unavailability or third-party issues may affect the project timeline.

8. Warranty & Maintenance

• Warranty (if applicable) applies only to fabrication quality and finishing, as mentioned in the agreement.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, external damage, or lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty.
• Powder coating and finishes may age naturally over time depending on environmental conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Gate Look Craft and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gate Look Craft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by external factors
• Structural changes made by third parties after installation

Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the quotation or agreement.
